Activity Areas: Managing Partner of the São Paulo Office since 1985, practicing primarily in counseling and litigating in the areas of Trademarks, Patents, Copyright, Anti-Counterfeiting, Unfair Competition, Trade Secrets, IP Contracts, Innovation Law and strategic planning of IP-related litigation.
