MOMSEN, LEONARDOS & CIA office activities started in the very beginning of 1919,
when Richard P. Momsen, an American lawyer, first established his Attorney-at-Law
Office in Rio de Janeiro. A few years later, the office became well known as
MOMSEN & HARRIS. His first partner, Simon W. Harris, was the descendant of an
American immigrant, who arrived in Brazil after the Civil War. In 1927, Thomas
Othon Leonardos became associated to the Office which, later on, was named
MOMSEN, LEONARDOS & CIA. Today, regarding a world that changes more and more rapidly,
and where the information is considered a precious asset value, the Office is well
equipped to satisfy the needs of its clients as well as to provide the most highly
